Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made the Tenth day of March in the Year of our Lord One
       Thousand Seven hundred and fifty two Between John Mitchell of Prince Georges County Planter and
       Elizabeth his Wife of the first part and Lewis Duvall of Prince Georges County Planter of the second
       part and Edward Dorsey of Ann.ll County Gentl of the third part Witnesseth that the said John Mitchell
       and Elizabeth his Wife for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings of Lawfull Money of England to
       them in hand paid by the said Lewis Duvall at or before the ensealing and delivery of these Presents the
       receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged have Given Granted Released and Confirmed and by these Presents
       do Give Grant Release and Confirm unto the said Lewis Duvall One hundred Acres of Land lying in
       Frederick County on the West side of Rock Creek being part of a Tract of Land called Dan beginning at
       for the said One hundred Acres at a Bounded red Oak and running thence North by West One hundred and
       twenty Perches then North eighty six Degrees Westerly One hundred and twenty three Perches then South
       thirteen Degrees East One hundred and forty one Perches then East One hundred and fourteen Perches to
       the beginning Tree together with the Houses Buildings Orchards Cornfields and Improvements thereunto
       belonging late in the Tenure and Occupation of the said John Mitchell and Elizabeth his Wife (but now
       in the Actual Possession of the said Lewis Duvall by force of an Indenture of Bargain and Sale thereof
       made bearing date the day before the date of these Presents and of the Statute for Transferring of Uses
       into Possession being) To have and to hold all and singular the said One hundred Acres of Land and
       all and every the Premisses with the Appurtenances hereby Given Granted Released and Confirmed or mentioned
       or intended to be hereby Given Granted Released and Confirmed unto the said Lewis Duvall and his
       Heirs for Ever to the Intent and Purpose that the said Lewis Duvall shall and may be perfect Tenant of
       the said One hundred Acres of Land and Premisses untill One or more good and perfect Recovery or Recoveries
       may be had against him the said Lewis Duvall of the same Land and Premisses and it is Covenanted
       Granted Concluded and Agreed by and between all the said Parties to these Presents that it shall and may be
       Lawfull to and for the said Edward Dorsey before the last day of next Provincial Court to Prosecute out of the
       high Court of Chancery one or more Writ or Writs of Entry sur Disseisin in the Post against the said Lewis
       Duvall returnable to the next Provincial Court whereby the said Edward Dorsey shall and may respectively
       Demand against the said Lewis Duvall the said One hundred Acres of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances
       by such Name or Names Quantity or Quantitys Quality and Qualitys Number^s^ or Content of Acres as
       shall be thought fit and requisite unto which said Writ or Writs the said Lewis Duvall shall appear
       in Proper Person and shall Vouch to Warranty the said John Mitchell and Elizabeth his Wife who shall
       appear Gratis upon the Voucher and shall enter into Warranty and shall Vouch over to Warranty the
       Common Vouchee and the Common Vouchee shall appear and Imparle and afterwards make default
       whereby one or more Judgment or Jdugments may be had and given for the said Edward Dorsey for
       Recovery of the said One hundred Acres of Land and Premisses against the said Lewis Duvall and for the
       said Lewis Duvall and for the said Lewis Duvall to recover over in Value against the said John Mitchell
       and Elizabeth his Wife and for the said John Mitchel and Elizabeth his Wife to recover over in Value
       against the Common Vouchee according to the manner and form of Common Recoverys in such
       Cases Used, And it is further Covenanted Granted Concluded Agreed and Declared by and
       between all and every the said Parties to these Presents and the true Intent and meaning of
