       and of every part and parcel thereof doth Acquit Exonerate and Discharge the said George Plater
       his Executors Administrators and Assigns have Granted Bargained Sold Assigned Transferred &
       set over unto the said George Plater the said Deed and Indenture of Mortgage with the Lands
       and Premisses therein Comprized and Contained And all the Estate Right Title Claim Property
       or Demand which they the said Stephen Bordley or Edmund Jenings or either of them respectively
       may have either in Law or Equity in or to the said Deed or Premisses therein contained
       To have and to hold the same and every part and parcel thereof unto the said George
       Plater his Heirs and Assigns forever And the said Stephen Bordley and Edmund Jenings
       and each of them for himself respectively and their respective Heirs Administrators and Assigns
       do hereby Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to and with the said George Plater his Heirs
       and Assigns that they the said Stephen Bordley and Edmund Jenings and each of them
       respectively their respective Heirs Executors and Administrators the aforementioned granted
       Premisses unto the said George Plater his Heirs and Assigns against them the said Stephen Bordley
       and Edmund Jenings and every Person claiming under them and each of them respectively
       shall and will Warrant and Defend In Witness whereof the Partys to these Presents have
       hereunto Interchangeably set their hands and Seals the day and Year first above Written

                On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed (Viz.t)

       Be it Remembered that on the nineteenth Day of November Anno Domini 1751 The within
       Named Stephen Bordley & Edmund Jenings Esq.rs Acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing
       as their and each of their Act and Acts Deed and Deeds and the Lands and Premisses therein
       mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named George Plater his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever according to the True Intent and meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly in
       that Case made and provided before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Provincial Justices

       Received this 22.d day of November 1751 of the within named

Ex.d Maryland fs.t   This Indenture made the thirtee^n^th day of November in the Year of
       our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and fifty one Between Plumer Iiams of Ann Arundel County
       in the Province aforesaid Planter of the one part and Lewis Griffith of Calvert County in the same
       Province Planter of the other part Witnesseth that the said Plumer Iiams for and in Consideration
       of the Sums of Sixty Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain and two Thousand Pounds of
       good Inspected Tobacco in Cask to him the said Plumber Iiams in hand paid by the said
