       Persons whatsoever will by these Presents Warrant and forever defend In Witness
       whereof the said Partys to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their hands

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       Received the 11.th day of Sept.r 1751 from the within named John Riggs the Sum of two hundred
       Pounds Sterling Money being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him
       paid to Us                                                                                          £ 200

       The Eleventh Day of September 1751   Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships
       Provincial Justices the wihtin named Beale Bordley and Elizabeth Bordley and Acknowledged
       the within Deed to be their Act and Deed for the Uses and Purposes within mentioned and
       that the Land and Premisses within mentioned with the Appurtenances are become the
       Right and Property of the within named John Riggs according to the True Intent and
       meaning of the within Writing                                           John Darnall

       Received the 11.th day of Sept.r 1751   Forth Shillings Sterling Money in full for the Alienation
       Fine on the within Conveyance by me the Subscriber especially appointed under the Lord
       Proprietor                                                            John Darnall Clk of Fred.k C.ty

Ex.d This Indenture made the fifth day of September in the Year of our Lord One Thousand
       Seven hundred and fifty one Between Edward Dorsey of the City of Annapolis Gentleman of the
       one part and Basil Dorsey of Ann Arundel County Gentleman of the other part Witnesseth that
       the said Edward Dorsey for and in Consideration of the Sum of Sixty six Pounds Seven
       Shillings and six pence Sterling Money of Great Britain to him in hand paid by the said
       Basil Dorsey before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof he
       doth fully [illegible] and thereof and of every part and parcel thereof [illegible] &
       Absolutely Acquit Exonerate and Discharge the said Basil Dorsey his Executors and Adm.rs
       by these Presents afsd for divers other good Causes and Considerations him thereunto moving
       by the said Edward Dorsey [illegible] Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed
       and by these Presents doth Grant Bargain sell alien Enfeoffe and Confirm unto the said Basil
       Dorsey and his Heirs All that Tract or Parcel of Land called [illegible] lying and being
       in Frederick County on Linganore Containing two hundred and ninety five Acres of
       Land more or less which said Tract or Parcel of Land was Granted to the said Edward Dorsey
       by Patent bearing date the fifth day of October in the Year of our Lord One Thousand
       seven hundred and forty nine as by the said Patent referrence being thereunto had more
       fully appear And all and Singular the Houses Meadows and Improvements to the
       land belonging and also the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
