       And Whereas the said Edward Nicholson in or about the Month of December which was
       in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty nine Died Seised of the part
       or Share of the said Tract of Land to him Devised by the Will of his said late Father as afsd
       but before his Death duly made and Published his last Will and Testament in Writing
       bearing date on or about the Twenty fifth day of November One Thousand Seven hundred
       and thirty nine and did thereby give and bequeath unto his Brothers the said Joseph
       Nicholson Benjamin Nicholson and Samuel Nicholson all his Wordly Estate Goods
       Debts and Wages due to him at the time of his Decease as by the said Several Wills The
       Will of the said William Nicholson being in the Prerogative Court of Maryland and the
       Will of the said Edward Nicholson being in the Prerogative Court of the Archbishop of
       Canterbury relation being thereunto respectively had more fully may appear, By Virtue
       of which Wills the said Joseph Benjamin and Samuel Nicholson are Seised to them and
       their Heirs of and in the Premisses in Baltemore County in the Proportions following
       (to wit) the said Benjamin and Samuel are Seised in equal shares of and in eight ninth
       parts thereof the whole in nine parts equally to be divided and the said Joseph Nicholson
       of and in the remaining ninth, And the said Joseph Nicholson Benjamin Nicholson
       and Samuel Nicholson being desirous to Sell and Dispose of the said Premises in
       Baltemore County and their Estates and Interests therein have for that Purpose Agreed
       to Convey the same to the said Samuel Ogle and Benjamin Tasker and their Heirs in
       manner and upon the Trusts herein after mentioned Now this Indenture Witnesseth
       that in Pursuance of the said Agreement and also for and in Consideration of Ten
       Shillings a Piece of Lawfull Money of Great Britain to the said Joseph Nicholson and
       Hannah his Wife Benjamin Nicholson and Margaret his Wife Samuel Nicholson and
       Elizabeth his Wife in hand well and truly paid the said Samuel Ogle and Benjamin
       Tasker upon or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents The Receipt whereof is hereby
       Acknowledged and for Barring all Right and Title of Dower and other Interest which the
       said Hannah Margaret and Elizabeth Nicholson or any of them have or may Claim of or
       in the said Premisses in Baltimore County or any part thereof and for divers other good
       Considerations them thereunto moving they the said Joseph Nicholson and Hannah his
       Wife Benjamin Nicholson and Margaret his Wife and Samuel Nicholson and Elizabeth
       his Wife Have and each and every of them Hath Granted Bargained Sold Released
       and Confirmed and by these Presents Do and each and every of them Doth Grant
       Bargain Sell Release and Confirm unto the said Samuel Ogle and Benjamin Tasker
       (in their Actual Possession now being by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale for one whole
       Year to them thereof made by the said Joseph Nicholson and Hannah his Wife Benjamin
       Nicholson and Margaret his Wife and Samuel Nicholson and Elizabeth his Wife by
       Indenture bearing date the day next before the day of the date of these Presents and by
       Virtue of the Statute made for Transferring of Uses into Possession) and to their Heirs
       and Assigns All that the said part of the said Tract of Land called Nicholsons Manor
       lying in Baltimore County containing about four Thousand two hundred Acres by
       the said recited Wills of the said William Nicholson given to the said Benjamin
