154) Possess and Enjoy all and singular the said Lands and Tenements Goods and Chattels aforesaid to the Use of him the said William Cumming the Elder his Heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs for ever and to and for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever any thing herein Contained to the Contrary notwithstanding And the said William Cumming the Elder for himself doth Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said William Cumming the Younger his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assigns or his Attorney or Attorneys from time to time to receive and take to themselves or either of them his or their Reasonable Costs and Charges which he they or any of them shall expend or be put to in and about the Management of the Premisses afd out of the Money arising by such Sale Provided that the said Several and Respective Creditors of the said William Cumming the Elder shall and are willing to Accept and take an equal and Proportionable part of the said Money arising by the Sale of the said Land and Tenem.ts Goods and Chattels In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto set their hands and Seals the day and Year above Written Sealed and Delivered in Presence of William Cumming Seal [illegible] Geo Luxford On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed (Viz.t) Maryland fs.t Then Came the within named William Cumming Senior Before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and Acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and Deed for the Use of the within named William Cumming Jun.r his Heirs and Assigns according to the form of the Act of Assembly in that Case made and provided Acknowledged before me this 8.th day of July 1751 Robert Gordon Which Catalogue of Books and List of the White Servants Negroes and Mollattoes in the aforegoing Deed mentioned follows in these Words (Viz.t) A Catalogue of Books in folio belonging to William Cumming Esq.r as follows (Viz.t)
