       thirteen P.s then North twenty Degrees West three hundred
       & fifty three P.s then South Sixty four Degrees West one
       hundred & forty Six P.s then North twenty three Degrees
       West one hundred & forty three P.s then North Sixty Nine
       Degrees East Seventy three P.s then South twenty three
       Degrees East Eighty three P.s then with a streight Line
       to the beginning Tree containing two hundred & thirteen
       Acres all which said Tracts or parcells of Land were
       originally Granted unto Richard Gist the Father of the
       said Christopher & Nathaniel Gist as by the patents
       or grants Remaining or Record in the Land office
       References being thereunto had may more fully & at large
       appear & also all that part of a Tract or parcell of Land
       called the Adventure Lying in Baltimore County af.d
       Beginning in the given Line of the Original Tract
       Seventy Seven P.s from the first Tree & running thence
       North Eleven Degrees & a Quarter East Seventy Six
       P.s then North Seventy Eight Degrees West twenty
       P.s to the beginning Trees of Green spring Traverse
