       Inrollment of these Presents or feeofment or by any other Lawfull
       means as by him the said Amos Thatcher his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or
       Assigns or his or their Counsel Learn'd in the Law shall be Reasonably
       devised Advised or required In Witness whereof the said Adam
       Sherrill hath hereunto set his hand & Seal this day and Year first
