       Concerning the said Land and Premisses whereof the said Recovery was
       Suffered always was ad yet is that the said Recovery and other Acts &
       Assurances of & Concerning the said Land and Premisses at any time
       formerly suffered Executed or had wherein or whereunto the said Ignatius
       Wheeler is in any way a Party and all and every the Executions of the
       same shou'd and shall be and Enure and be Construed Adjudged Deemed
       and taken to be and Enure and are hereby Covenanted Granted Agreed and
       Declared and the True Intent and meaning of the Parties to these
       Presents is that the said Land and Premisses so as afs.d Recovered
       shall be and Enure and are hereby Declared to have bin Intended to be
       and Enure to the only use and Behoof of the said Doctor John Whitenhall
       his Heirs and Assigns for Ever and to no other use Intent or purpose
       whatsoever In Witness whereof the said Parties have hereunto set
       their Hands and Seals the Day and Year above Written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered                     Ignatius Wheeler   Seal
       in the Presence of Us

Ex.d Maryland fs This Indenture made this Twenty sixth day of January
       in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred Forty eight and Nine
       Between Henry Welsh of Ann Arundel County in the Province afs.d Gentleman
       of the one Part and Mary Higgins of the County and Province afs.d Widow
       by God's Permission to be Shortly Solemnized Between the said Parties And
       Whereas the said Mary Higgens in her own Right stands Possessed of
       and Interested in Several Messuages Lands Tenements Houshold
       Furniture Goods and Chattels and among others of the Five following
       Negroes fs.t Ann, Eleanor, Lucy, Mary and David Now this Indenture
       Witnesseth That for and in Consideration of the said Intended Marriage
       and fo the Sum of five Shillings Sterling Money of Great Britain
