       Land called Spring Bottom with all and Singular the Tenements
       Hereditaments and Appurtenances to all and every of the said Lands
       belonging or anywise Appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder
       and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the said Lands
       and Premisses by such Names Quality and Number of Acres as by the
       said Henry Darnall and his Council Learned in the Law shall be
       Devised Advised or required unto which said Writ the said Charles
       Courts Senior shall appear in his own proper Person Gratis or by his
       Attorney Lawfully Authorized and take upon him the Tenancy of all and
       every the said Lands and their and every of their Appurtenances and shall
       Vouch to Warranty the said the said Charles Courts Junior who shall]
       appear in his proper Person Gratis or by his Attorney Lawfully
       Authorized and who shall Vouch to Warranty the Common Vouchee who
       shall likewise appear Gratis and enter into the Warranty and after
       Imparlance make Default in Contempt of the Court so that
       judgment shall be given that the said Henry Darnall shall Recover
       the said Lands and Premisses with their and every of their Appurtenances
       in the said Writ to be Contained against the said Charles Courts Jun.r
       and that the said Charles Courts Senior shall Recover over in Value
       against the said Charles Courts Jun.r and that the said Charles
       Courts Jun.r shall Recover Over in Value against the Common Vouchee
       and that Execution of the said Recovery so to be had shall be made
       according to the form of Common Recoverys in such Cases used & accustomed
       and that the said Henry Darnall Charles Courts Senior and Charles
       Courts Jun.r and every of them shall and will do Execute Perform &
       Suffer all and every such Act and Acts thing and things Whatsoever
       as shall be Necessary and expedient for the Prosecution of the said
       Recovery and Execution thereof according to the form and Order of
       Common Recoverys with Double Vouchers in such Cases used
       And it is Covenanted Granted Concluded and Agreed upon by and
       Between all the said Parties to these Presents and hereby so
       Declared that the said Recovery so as af.d or in any other manner
