       made the first day of September in the year of our Lord One
       Thousand Seven hundred and forty Eight Between Charles
       Courts Senior of Charles County in the Province af.d
       Planter of the first part Charles Courts Junior son and
       Heir of the said Charles Courts Senior of the County and Province
       af.d Planter of the Second part and Henry Darnall of Prince
       Georges County and Province af.d Esq.r of the third part Witnesseth
       that for Divers good Causes and Considerations It is Covenanted
       Granted Concluded and Agreed by and Between all the said Parties
       to these Presents in manner and form following that the said
       Henry Darnall shall before the End of next October Term
       Purchase and sue forth out of his Lordships High Court of
       Chancery one or more Writ or Wr^i^ts of Entry Sur Disseisin en le
       post against the said Charles Courts Senior Returnable & to
       be Returned before his Lordships Justices of the Provincial
       Court at Annapolis at a day certain in the said Writ to be
       mentioned and by the said Writ shall Demand against the said
       Charles Courts Senior all that Tract or Parcell of Plantable
       Land Situate lying and being in Charles County af.d called
       Courts.'s Discovery Containing Sixty Acres of Land more or less &
       all that Tract or Parcell of Plantable Land Situate lying &
       being in said County Adjacent to the former called Barnhill
       Containing One hundred and fifty Acres of Land more or less and
       also all that Tract or Parcell of Plantable Land Situate lying
       and being in the County af.d Adjacent to Barnhill Containing
       Sixty Acres of Land more or less being part of a Tract of
