       other Containing two hundred and Six Acres being part of a Tract
       of Land called Woolmans Inheritance And Whereas a Common
       Recove^r^y hath been had and Suffered in the Provincial Court
       in Due form of Law and a Writ of Seizin thereon Issued whereby
       the Entail of the said first mentioned Tract of Land hath been
       Docked as may appear by the Records of the Provincial Court
       of Maryland and a Deed duely Executed by and Between all
       the Parties thereto Declaring the Inheritance of the said
       Tract of Land to be in and to the use of the said Henrietta
       Maria and her Heirs and Assigns for Ever Now this
       Indenture Witnesseth that the said Daniel Dulany
       and Henrietta Maria his Wife for and in Consideration of
       five Pounds Current Money of Maryland to the said Daniel
       Dulany by the said Richard Bennett in hand paid the
       Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for divers other
       good Causes and Considerations them the said Daniel
       Dulany and Henrietta Maria his Wife thereunto moving
       have Given Granted Bargained Sold made Over and Confirmed
       and by these Presents do Give Grant Bargain Sell
       make Over and Confirm unto the said Richard Bennett
       all and every of the said Tracts or Parcells of Land together
       with all Messuages Edificies Buildings Improvements
       Profits Advantages and Appurtenances on the said Several
       Tracts or Parcells of Land or to them and every of them
       belonging or Appertaining or Deemed Accepted Reputed or
       taken as part or Parcell thereof by Whatsoever Name or
       Names Descriptions or Designations the said Several
       Tracts or Parcells of Land and every of them was and ^or^ were
       called known Deemed Reputed Accepted or taken To have
       and to hold to him the said Richard Bennett his Heirs or
       Assigns for Ever to his and their own use and to no other use
       or Purpose Whatsoever and the said Daniel Dulany and
