       Shall be Parties or Privies shall be and Enure and shall be
       Adjudged Deemed Construed and taken and are and were meant
       and intended and are hereby declared to be and Enure and the  
       Recoveror and Recoverors in the said Recovery ^or Recoverys^ named or to be named
       and his and their Heirs shall Stand and be Seised of all and every
       of the said Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses and
       every part thereof to and for the only proper use and Behoof of the
       said George Maxwell and his Heirs and Assigns for Ever and to and ^or^
       for no other use Intent or Purpose Whatsoever And the said
       Henelm Trueman Greenfield and Margaret his Wife Do hereby for
       themselves their Heirs Exors & Adm.rs Covenant Promise Grant and
       Agree to and with the said George Maxwell his Heirs and Assigns
       that he the said Henelm Trueman Greenfield and Margaret his
       Wife and their Heirs and all others Lawfully Claiming or to Claim by
       from or under or in Trust for them or either of them shall and
       will at all times hereafter at the Request Costs and Charges
       ^of the s.d George Maxwell^ his Heirs Exors Adm.rs or Assigns make do acknowledge
       Levy Suffer and Execute or cause or Procure to be made done
       acknowledged Levyed Suffered and Executed all and every such
       further and other Lawfull and Reasonable Act and Acts thing
       and things Conveyances and Assurances in the Law Whatsoever
       unto the said George Maxwell his Heirs and Assigns for Ever be
       the same by fine or fines Common Recovery or Recoverys Deed or
       Deeds Inrolled or not Inrolled or by any other ways or Means
       Whatsoever as by the said George Maxwell his Heirs or
       Assigns or his or their Council Learned in the Law shall be
       Devised or Required In Witness whereof the said Parties to
       ^these Presents^ have hereunto Interchangeably set their Hands & Seals the
       day and Year first above Written
