5) Land Hereditaments and Premisses abovementioned Shall be and enure and shall Deemed adjudged and taken and is meant and intended and all by the said Parties to these Presents is hereby Declared to be and Enure and the said Charles Carroll and his Heirs from and immediately after suffering the same shall stand and be seized of all and singular the s.d Land and Hereditaments abovementioned and every part and Parc^e^l thereof with the appurtenances to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said Charles Carroll his heirs and Assigns forever and to and for no other use intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the said Parties have hereunto set their hands and Seals the Day and Year first above Written Sealed & Delivered Witham Marshe seal in the Presence of Char.les Carroll Seal Jn.o Darnall Edw.d Rumney Tho.s Slade Seal On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Viz.t April the 7.th 1744.
