432) Bennett his Heirs and Assigns by these Presents that he the said Richard Bennett his Heirs and Assigns shall and may from time to time for ever hereafter have hold and peaceably Possess and Enjoy all and Singular the Premisses with the appurtenances and every part thereof free and uninterrupted from any Claim or demand from the said Daniel Dulany or the Heirs of the said Henrietta Maria or any other Person Claiming from by or Under the said Daniel Dulany or the Heirs of the said Henrietta Maria or any of them In Witness whereof the said Daniel Dulany and Henrietta Maria have to these Presents set their Hands and Seals the day and Year above Written D Dulany seal Sealed and Delivered Hen Mar Dulany seal in Presence of Jn.o Brice Dennis Dulany On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t April 7.th 1748 Rec.d from Richard Bennett Esq.r five pounds Current Money being the Consideration within mentioned D Dulany £5 Witness Jn.o Brice Dennis Dulany Memorandum that on the Seventh day of April Anno Dom 1748 the within mentioned Daniel Dulany and Henrietta Maria his Wife acknowledged the within Deed according to the directions of the Act of Assembly in such Cases provided before me John Brice Esq.r one of the Justices of the Provincial Court and I do hereby Certifye that I Examined the said Henrietta Maria a part out of the hearing of her said husband and that she declared that because Party to the within Deed freely and 8 sides Voluntarily without being Compelled thereto by Coercion of her said husband or fear of his displeasure Recorded May 23.d 1748 Jn.o Brice |
