       And Whereas in Pursuance of an Act or Parliament
       made in the sixth year of his said late Majestys Reign
       Intitled ^An Act^ for the further Preventing Burglary Robbery and
       other felonies and for the more Effecal Transportation of
       Felons the said Courts did Nominate and Appoint James
       Harris Edward Hearst John Eyles Thomas Cooper Thomas
       Bennett of Norton Thomas Beath and Richard Jervoise
       Esquires Seven of his Majestys Justices of the peace for the
       said County of Witts or any two of them to Contract with any
       Person or Persons for the Performance of the Transportation
       of the said Felons to one of his Majestys Colonies or
       Plantations in America Now Witness these
       Presents That it is agreed by and between the said
       James Harris and Richard Jervoise Esquires Two of the
       Justices of the said County of Witts Nominated and appointed
       in the said Orders and also Andrew Reid of London Merchant
       that he the said Andrew Reid shall and will accept and
       take the said Matthew Robbins and also the said Richard
       Chamberlain William Sawyer James Sawyer and James
       Clark for the Purposes of such Transportation as af.d and
       shall give Security by Bond to the Clerk of the peace of
       the said County of Witts for the Transportation of him
       the said Matthew Robbins for the Term of Seven years and
       for the Transportation of them the said Richard Chamberlain
       William Sawyer James Sawyer and James Clark for the
       Term of fourteen years to Virginia or some other of his
       Majestys Colonies or Plantations in America within three
       Kallender Months from the date hereof And the said
       James Harris and Richard Jervoise by Virtue of the power
       to them given in and by the said Recited Orders of Court as
       af.d do hereby agree that the Goaler of the County of
