       Of this Instant October of and for the af.d tract or
       parcel of Land with the Appurtenances to w^hi^ch same
       Writ or Writs the same John Watts shall appear gratis
       and Vouch to Warranty thereof the same Richard
       Kennard who shall also appear and enter into Warranty
       and Vouch over            the Common Vouchee who
       shall also appear and enter into Warranty for the same
       Tract of Land and Appurtenances and shall then
       Imparle and afterwards Depart in Contempt of the
       Court and make Default so that thereupon one or more
       Common Recovery or Recoveries with Double Voucher
       over shall and may be had Suffered and Executed and
       all and every other thing and things done & perfected
       needfull and Necessary for the ^having^ Suffering & perfecting
       the Recovery or Recoveries af.d according to the Course
       of Common Recoveries in such Cases used and that
       the same Recovery or Recoveries shall be Executed by
       Writ or Writs of Habere facias Seisinam And it
       is hereby further Covenanted Granted concluded &
       agreed by and between the parties af.d to these Presents
       and every of them for themselves their and every of their
       Heirs Respectively that the same Recovery & Recoveries
       and all Recovery's Settlements and Assurances had
       or to be had made Levied Executed or Suffered by or between
       the Parties af.d or any of them of or for the af.d here
       Granted and released tract of Land and appurtenances
       and every part thereof shall be & enure & shall be deemed
       Adjudged and taken to be and enure to and for the Uses
       Intent and Purposes hereinafter mentioned & expressed
       that is to say all that part of the same Tract of land
       Contained & lying Within the Lines and Boundarys
       following That is to say Begining at a Bounded Post
