32 January 31.th 1744 Rec.d from Daniel Dulany Esq.r Eight hundred and forty one Pounds Eleven Shillings Current Money and Secu.ry for nine hundred and forty one Pounds two Shillings being the Consideration within mentioned Benjamin Tasker £ 841 11 February 1.st 1744 Then was the within Deed acknowledged according to the Act of Assembly in such Cases provided by Benjamin Tasker Esq.r party thereto ^before me^ the Subscriber one of the Justices of the Prov.l Court of MaryLand and at the same time M.rs Ann Tasker wife of the said Benjamin Tasker being Examined a part from Her said husband declared that she relinquished all claim and right of Dower of and in the within Land without being Compelled thereto by Coercion of her ^s.d^ husband or fear of his Displeasure but freely and Voluntarily Taken and acknowledged before me the Day and year above written W.m Rogers February 2.th 1744 Rec.d fourteen Pounds Sterling from M.r Daniel Dulany for the Alienation fine of the within Land 9 Benjamin Tasker Recorded Feb.ry 4.th 1744 Ex.d This Indenture made the fourteenth Day of February in the year of our Lord 1744 between Mary Frazier of Annapolis Widow of the one part & Daniel Dulany of the same place Esq.r Witnesseth that the said Mary Frazier for & in consideration of two hundred & fifty Pounds Current money of Maryland at the Instance & request & for the proper (Debt) |
