       called Frisby's Forrest and the said Part of the said Tract of
       Land called Frisby's Prime Choice or of any Part or Parcell
       of them also one full and Equal twelfth Part of the said T
       Matthias Venderheyden and Ann Margaritta Venderheyden
       their Personal Estate also all the Estate, Right, Title, Interest
       Property Claim or Demand of what Nature or kind soever of
       him the said Thomas Bordley of in or to the aforement.d tract
       called Frisby's Forrest and the af.d Part of the said Frisby's
       Prime Choice butted and Bounded as af.d or of in or to all or
       any Part of them or of in or to any of the Twelfth Part of the
       Personal Estate af.d To have and to hold all and
       singular the af.d Lands and Premisses hereby Bargained &
       sold with their and every of their Appurtenances together with
       the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
       Rents issues and Profits of the aforementioned Bargained &
       sold Lands and Premisses and all and singular their and every
       of the Appurtenances and also the full and Equal twelfth
       Part of the said Mathias Vanderheyden and Ann Margaritta
       Vanderheyden their Personal Estate af.d to him the said John
       Brice his Heirs and Assigns forever to and for the only Proper
       uses and behoof of him the said John Brice his Heirs and
       Assigns & to and for no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever
       and the said Thomas Bordley for himself his Heirs Exors
       Administrators doth hereby Covenant Grant and agree to and
       with the said John Brice his Heirs the aforementioned Lands
       and Premisses hereby granted and Sold or mentioned or
       Intended to be granted and sold with their and every of
       their Appurtenances unto him the said John Brice his
       Heirs and Assigns from and against him the said Thomas
