       hath been or shall be at shall be well and truly
       Satisfyed and payed to the said Daniel Dulany Now
       this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Benjamin
       Tasker for and in Consideration of the sum of nine
       hundred and Ninety Pounds Eleven Shillings Current
       Money of Maryland to him in hand paid by the said
       Daniel Dulany the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
       and the sum of Nine hundred and forty one Pounds
       two Shillings Current Money Secured to be paid to the
       said Daniel Dulany hath granted bargained sold made
       over and confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain
       sell make over and confirm unto the said Daniel Dulany
       the said Tract of Land called Taskers Chance Containing
       Seven thousand Acres more or less according to the Grant or
       patent thereof bearing Date the ninth Day of June in the
       year of our Lord seventeen hundred and twenty Seven and
       Registred or recorded in the Land Office in Liber P L
       N.o 6559 with all buildings improvements Profitts and
       Advantages thereunto belonging To have and to hold to
       him the said Daniel Dulany his heirs & Assigns for ever
       to his and their own use and behoof and the said Benjamin Tasker
       for himself and his heirs doth Covenant and agree to and with
       the said Daniel Dulany his heirs and Assigns that he
       the said Benjamin Tasker at the time ^of the^ and ensealing and
       Delivery of these presents is Seised in his Demesne as of
       fee of and in the said Tract of Land with the appurtees
       & hath good right and lawful authority to sell and
       Convey the same & that the ^same^ said Land & premisses
