29) same place of the other part whereas the said Benjamin Tasker by his bond or writing Obligatory bearing Date the Eleventh Day of June Seventeen hundred and thirty Seven Entered into and past to Abraham Miller Daniel France John George Lye Joseph Smith Peter Laney and Jacob Stoner of Prince Georges County with Condition receiting that whereas the said Benjamin Tasker had agreed to sell to the said Abraham Miller seven Thousand Acres of Land at Monocassy upon their paying him two thousand Pounds and whereas the said Daniel Dulany at the Instance and request of the said Abraham Miller and others concerned in the purchase of the said Seven thousand Acres hath paid unto the said Benjamin Tasker Eight hundred and forty one Pounds Eleven Shillings Current Money and secured the payment of the further sum of nine hundred forty one Pounds two Shillings Current Money towards the Principal Money and Interest due on the said Purchase & whereas it is agreed by & between the said Daniel Dulany and the said Abraham Miller and others the purchasers of the said seven thousand Acres of Land that the same should be conveyed by the said Benjamin Tasker to the said Daniel Dulany to the end and purpose that the said Daniel Dulany his heirs and Assigns shall be Invested with an Estate of Inheritance in fee Simple of and in the said Seven thousand Acres of Land untill the Money by him so as af.d paid and Secured to be paid together with the Interest thereof and all the Costs Charge and Expences which the said Daniel Dulany hath |
