       of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Josias Slade for and in Consideration
       of the sum of fifty four Pounds Sterling to him in hand paid
       by the said Daniel Stansbury and for Divers other Good Causes and
       Considerations him thereunto moving It is hereby Covenanted Granted
       Concluded and agreed upon between the Parties to these presents for
       them and their Heirs that it shall and may be Lawfull for the said
       Daniel Stansbury before the last Day of the next Provincial Court
       to Prosecute out of the High Court of Chancery one or more Writ or Writs
       of Entry surdiseisin in the Post against the said Josias Slade
       Returnable in the next Provincial Court whereby the said Daniel
       Stansbury shall and may respectively Demand against the said
       Josias Slade all those two Tracts or Parcells of Land with their Appurtenances
       called Curtis's Neck & Slades Addition lying and being in
       Ann Arundel County by such Name or Names Quantity or Quantitys of
       Acres as shall ^be^ thought fit and requisite to which Writ or Writs the said
       Josias Slade shall appear in proper person and shall Vouch over to
       Warranty the Common Vouchee and the common Vouchee shall appear
       and Imparle and afterwards shall make Default whereby one or more
       Recovery or Recoveries Judgment or Judgments may be had & given
       for the said Daniel Stansbury for recovery of the said Two Tracts of
       Land and Premisses as af.d against the said Josias Slade and for
       the said Josias Slade to recover over in Value against the Common
       Vouchee according to the Manner & form of Common Recoveries
       in such Cases used and it is further Covenanted, Granted, Concluded &
       Agreed by and between the parties to these presents and the true
       Intent and meaning of ^the parties to^ these presents is that from & immediatly
       after the said Common recovery or Recoverys shall be had prosecuted &
       suffered as afs.d of the said Land & Premisses the said Recovery or
       Recoveries shall be and enure and shall be Construed esteemed adjudged
       & taken to be and enure ^and are hereby declared to have been Intended to be & inure^ that the said Daniel Stansbury
       and every other person that shall be seised of the premisses or any
       part thereof by Virtue of the said Common Recovery or Recoveries
       shall stand and be seised thereof & of every part & parcell thereof
       with their and every of their appurtenances to the only use and
       behoof of the said Daniel Stansbury his Heirs and Assigns and
