       of the money Arising by the Sale thereof to be and enure to the
       Sole Use behoof of the said Ignatius and Nicholas Digges Ex.rs
       of the said William Digges in Exoneration and Discharge of the
       sum of Two Hundred Pounds Gold Currency of this Province
       of Maryland due and owing from the said John Digges to
       their Testator af.d as in and by the said Indented Deed of
       Mortgage will plainly appear and to no other use Intent or
       Purpose whatsoever

       In Witness whereof We have hereunto Set our hands and seals
       this Sixth Day of October Anno Dom 1746

                                  On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was
                                  thus Endorst Viz
       1746 October y.e 6.th  Received of Charles Carroll Esq.r Five shill
       the Consideration money within mentioned and Sundry Obligations of
       our Testator to the s.d Charles Carroll on behalf of the s.d John Digges
       amounting in the whole to the sum of Eleven Hundred Eighty One
       Pounds Six Shillings and three pence Sterling

       1746 October the 6.th  Then came before ^me^ the Subscriber a
       Magistrate of the Provincial Court Ignatius and Nicholas
       Digges and Acknowledged the within Deed of Assignment and
       Release according to the Act of Assembly in such Cases made &
       Provided

       Recorded October the 7.th 1746
