       Acknowledged her right of Dower and that she did the same
       freely and Voluntaryly without being Induced thereto
       by fear or Threats of her said Husband or Through fear of his

Ex.d         To all to whom these presents shall come
       Greeting Know Ye that whereas John Digges late
       of Prince Georges County Gentleman on the twenty Eighth
       Day of June Seventeen Hundred and thirty Six by a Certain
       Deed Indented and Mortgage unto W.m Digges Deceased the
       Testator of Ignatius and Nicholas Digges parties to these
       Presents One Tract of Land whereon the said John Digges
       then Dwelled Containing & laid out for Seven Hundred Seventy
       and Eight Acres and also all which the said John Digges was
       then Possessed with Viz Negroes about fifty in number
       Black Cattle Horses Sheep and Hoggs with all Houshold
       Furniture as in and by the said Deed Indented remaining
       among the Records of Prince Georges County References
       being thereunto had may more Clearly appear And
