       with the appurtenances to the said Thomas Bladen
       his heirs and assigns for ever Provided Nevertheless
       that if the said George Rock his heirs Executors
       Administrators or assigns do and shall pay or Cause
       to be paid unto the said Thomas Bladen his Executors
       Administrators or assigns the af.d Sum of five hundred
       and Sixty Pounds with Interest at and after the Rate
       of five pounds for every hundred Pounds from the Date
       hereof in the manner and at the times following That is
       to Say the Sum of one hundred and Eighty Six pounds
       thirteen shillings and four pence Sterling part thereof
       with Interest as af.d on the twenty fifth Day of June
       which Shall be in the year of our Lord one thousand
       seven hundred and forty Seven the further Sum of
       one hundred and Eighty Six pounds thirteen Shillings
       and four pence Sterling an other part thereof with
       Interest as af.d on the twenty fifty Day of June
       which Shall be in the year of our Lord one thousand
       Seven hundred and forty Eight & the remaining one
       hundred and Eighty Six Pounds thirteen shillings
       and four pence Sterling another part thereof with
       Interest as af.d on the twenty fifth Day of June which
       Shall be in the year of our Lord seventeen hundred
       and forty nine then these presents & every Clause &
       article therein Shall cease & determine & be Void to
       all intents & purposes And the said George Rock for
       himself his heirs Executors administrators &
       assigns Doth hereby covenant promise grant &
       agree to & with the Said Thomas Bladen his Exrs
       Administrators & assigns ^that he the said George Rock his Heirs Exrs Adm.rs or Assignes^ Shall & will well & truly
