       Conveyance or Assurance of the Premisses & every
       Part & Parcel thereof And lastly the said John
       Diggs for himself his Heirs Executors & Admors Doth
       Covenant & agree to & with the said Charles Carroll
       Charles Carroll Surgeon & Daniel Dulany their
       several & respective Executors Administrators or
       Assigns That he the said John Digges his heirs
       Executors or Administrators shall & will well & truly
       satisfy & pay to the said Charles Carroll Charles
       Carroll Surgeon & Daniel Dulany the several &
       respective Sums of Money herein before mentioned
       with the lawful Interest thereof according to the
       Tenor & true intent & meaning of these presents
       In Witness whereof the said John Digges hath
       hereunto set his hand & affixed his Seal the Day
       & year first above Written


                      Signed Sealed & Delivered
                   in the presence of               John Digges

                            W.m Baker

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus
