       within mentioned Indenture of Bargain & Sale to be his
       Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses within Mentioned
       to be the Estate Right & Title of the Within Named
       Stephen Hall & Henry Darrall According to the
       Form & Effect therein Mentioned According to y.e
       Directions of the Act of Assembly in that Case made
       and Provided
