Ex.d This Indenture made the Eleventh Day of
       November Anno Domini One thousand Seven hundred and
       Forty five Annoq R.i R.is Georej y.e Secundi Magne Britania &
       decimo Non Between William Thornton of Anne Arundell
       County in the Province of Maryland Merchant On the One part
       and Stephen Hall & Henry Darrall both of Boston in the County
       of Suffolk & Province of the Massach^u^setts Bay in New Eng.d
       Merchants of the Other Parts Witnesseth That the Said William
       Thornton for & in Consideration of the Sume of Four hundred
       & Twenty Eight pounds Eleven Shilling & Six pence Sterling to
       him in hand at and before the Ensealing & delivery here
       well & Truely paid by the said Stephen Hall & Henry Darrall
       The Receipt whereof he doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof
       doth Acquit & discharge the Said Stephen Hall & Henry Darrall
       their heirs Executors and Admors and every of them forever by
       these presents Have given granted bargained Sold Released
       enfeoffed Conveyed & Confirmed & by these Presents do fully
       & Absolutely give grant Bargain Sell Release Enfeoff
       Convey & Confirm unto the Said Stephen Hall & Henry
       Darrall their heirs & Assigns for ever He that Manor
       Called the Mannor of Westbury Situate lying & being on
       the East Side of Georges Creek in Maryland being all
       those two Parcells of Land mentioned & described in & by
       one Certain Grant Or Patent from the Lord Baltimore unto
       Thomas Weston Gentleman bearing date the Tenth day
       of January Anno Domini 1642 Signed by Leonard Calvert
       Esq.r One of which Two Pieces of land Containeth Twelve
       hundred Acres more or less & the Other Piece Containing
       fifty Acres more or less as the same Stands Enrolled in
       the Records in S.t Marys County by Thomas Brooke Clk
       To have and to hold The Said two Pieces of land
       with all the Rights & Appurtenances thereof unto them
       the Said Stephen Hall & Henry Darrall their heirs &
       Assigns forever Subject Nevertheless to all Such Rents
       Services and Acknowledgments as Reserved in the fore rented
