       Vide Mortgage to which the following Release Refers Recorded in
       Liber E I N.o 3 folio 440

Ex.d Know all me by these Psents that We James Russell and James
       Wardrop of Prince George's County Merchants have received and
       had this Present Day of John Hillary of Prince Georges
       County Inholder the sum of four hundred and Twenty six
       Pounds sixteen shillings and sixpence Current money of
       Maryland being in full for the Redemption and full satisfaction
       of all that Tract or Parcell of Land Called Johns Lott being
       his late Dwelling Plantation Containing Two hundred Acres
       lying and being in the County afs.d also the following Negroes Viz.t
       One Negro Man named Moses One Negro Man named Alley and
       One Negro Woman named Jenny One Negro Girl named Sue
       and One Boy named Gemby specified in an Indenture bearing  
       sate the Twenty fifth Day of September in the Year of our Lord
       One Thousand Seven hundred One Thousand seven hundred and
       forty three and made Between John Hillary of the One part
       And Us the said James Russell and James Wardrop of the other
       Part of for and Concerning the Bargain and Sale of all and
       singular the said Tract of Land and Negroes Conditionally
       to be Reconveyed upon payment of the sum of four hundred
       Pounds Current money of Maryland Principal and Interest
       as in and by the said Indenture may more Large appear
       of which said Sum of four hundred and Twenty six pounds
       Sixteen shillings and six pence Current money so paid and
       Received in full Satisfaction as afs.d We the said James Russell
       and James Wardrop do acknowledge ourselves well and Truly
       Contented Satisfied and paid and thereof and of every part
       and Parcell thereof do Clearly and Absolutely acquit Exonerate
       and discharge the said John Hillary his heirs Exors and Admors
       by these Psents In Witness whereof We have hereunto set
       our hands and Seals this Seventy Day of November in the
       Year of our Lord One Thousand ^seven hundred^ and forty four
