       formerly in Somerset but now in Worcester County aforesaid originally
       Granted to William Stevens Containing and laid out for five
       hundred acres more or less And all that other Tract or Parcel
       of Plantable Land with the appurtenances thereunto belonging
       Called Carlaverock lying & being on the North Side of Pocomoke
       River afs.d in Askemeniconson Indian Town oposite to Snow
       Hill Town formerly in Somerset but now in Worcester County
       af.d Originally Granted to Robert Martin Containing and laid
       out for two Hundred Acres more or Less unto which said Writ the
       same John Martin did appear and did Vouch to Warranty John
       MacCulloch who being Present in Court in his Proper Person
       Warranted the Lands and Tenements afs.d with the appurtenances
       to the same Samuel Wilson and afterwards made Default
       whereby a Good and Perfect Common recovery of the ^s.d^ Lands and Premises
       with the appurtenances with Single Vouchers according to the
       form of Common Recoverys in such Case used was in due form
       of Law Suffered and Executed Now This Indenture
       Witnesseth that the same Samuel Wilson and John Martin for
       themselves and each of them their and each of their Heirs Exors
       and Admors and Assigns Do hereby Covenant Promise Grant
       Declare and agree to and with each other their and each of their
       Heirs Exors Admors and Assigns by these Presents that the
       True intent and meaning of the same Recovery and of the
       Parties thereunto and of these Psents was and is, and it is by
       these Psents and the Parties hereunto Declared that the said
       Common Recovery and all Effects thereof shall be and enure
       and shall be Construed and taken to be and enure and that the
       same Samuel his Heirs and Assigns from and immediately after
       the suffering the same Recovery is and shall stand remain and be
       seized of and in the Lands and Tenements afs.d with the appurts
