5) All Manner of houses fences Trees Woods ways Water Courses Proffits Rights Members & Appurtenances Whatsoever Except & out of this Present Grant always Saved & forever Reserved unto Garbriell Perrott of Annarrundell County Merch.t Lately deced Two hundred Acres of Land Part of the said One Thousand Acres heretofore Sold to him by the abovesaid James Thompson Beginning at the Northermost bounded Tree of the said Land & Running South One hundred perches Then west three hundred & Twenty Perch.s Then North One hundred Perches Then with a Streight Line to the first Bounded Tree To have & to hold the said Tract of Land Called Thompsons Choice & Premisses with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging Except the two hundred Acres before Excepted unto him the s.d Rich.d Snowden his Heirs & Assigns forever & to the Only Proper Use Benefit & Behooff of him the s.d Rich.d Snowden his heirs & Assigns forever more So as Neigh.r the said Benj.a Berry his Heirs Executors nor Adm.rs nor any Person or Persons Whatsoever for him or by his Estate means or Title or Procurement shall or will hereafter have Claim Challenge or Demand any Estate right Title Interest use Possession Property or Demand Whatsoever of in or to the said Land Tenements or Heriditaments Whatsoever, or to any part or parcell thereof But from all & Every Action Right Title Estate Interest Use Property Possession Claim & Demand whatsoever of in & to all the said Lands Tenements & Hereditaments & Every part thereof he the said Benj.a Berry His Heirs Executors Adm.rs & all Persons Claiming from & under him or them or any of them Shall be Utterly Exchd & Barred for Ever by these Presents In Confirmation Whereof the s.d Benj.a hath hereunto Sett his hand & Seale the day & Year abovementioned Sign.d Seale & Deliver.d in Presence of us Benj.a Berry Seale Rob.t Gordon Edw.d Sprigg On the Back of the foregoing Deed was thus written Viz.t (Reced) |
