       the thirteenth Day of July 1738 Then Came before me the Subscriber
       one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court Ann Peerman one
       of the Witnesses to the within Deed and Made Oath on the Holy Evangelists
       of Almighty God that on the Day of the Date of the within Deed
       she Saw the within mentioned Elizabeth Ginn William Woodward
       & Mary Holmes partys to the within Deed & Every of them Sign Seal
       & Deliver the Same as their & Every of their Act & Deed for the Uses
       intents & Purposes therein mentioned Sworn before me

       19.th Day of July 1738 Then Came before me the Subscriber one of his
       Lordships Justices of the provincial Court John West one of the Witnesses
       to the within Deed and Made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty
       God that on the Day of the Date of within Deed He Saw the within
       mentioned Elizabeth Ginn William Woodward & Mary Holmes
       parties to the within Deed & Every of them Sign Seal & deliver the
       same as their and Every of their Act & Deed for the uses intents &
       Purposes therein mentioned Sworn before me

       Jenings & John Galloway & by Virtue of the within Power of

       acknowledged the within Deed to be the Act & Deed of them the said
       Elizabeth Gin William Woodward & Mary Holmes & Every of them &
       the Land & Premisses therein mentioned to be the Estate right &
       Title of the within mentioned John Brice party to these presents
       his Heirs & Assignes for ever according to the Directions of the Act
       of Assembly in Such Cases made & provided before me
