       John Eyles Baronet his Majesty's Postmaster General of all his
       Majesty's Dominions in Europe Africa and America
   
       To all to whom these presents shall Come Greeting Know Ye
       that We the said Thomas Lord Lovell and Sir John Eyles Baronet
       reposing especial Trust and Confidence in Elliott Benger of
       Newpost in Rapahanock River in Virginia in North America
       Esq.r and having received good Testimony of his Fidelity and
       Loyalty to his Majesty and of his Ability and Sufficiency to
       Manage and better Regulate the Post in America and of his
       Inclination and Capacity to improve and Advance his Majesty's
       Revenue therein Do by these Presents Nominate Depute
       Constitute Authorize and appoint him the said Elliot Benger
       to be our Sole and only Deputy Postmaster General of all his
       Majesty's Provinces and Dominions in North America
       and the West Indies and all other his Majesty's Dominions
       and Territories in America To Have hold Exercise
       and Enjoy the said Office with all Powers and Priviledges Profits
       and Advantages and Authorities thereunto belonging unto the
