       before us Two of his Lordship's Justices of the Provincial Court
       and severally made Oath that they saw the within bounden Philip
       Thomas Daniel Dulany and Charles Hammond Execute the
       within written bond

       the Copy of the Commission appointing Elliott Benger Esq.r to be
       Sole Deputy Postmaster General of America hereunto annexed
       is Clerk of the Secretary's Office in the Colony and Dominion of
       Virginia and that full faith and Credit is and might to be given
