       Fifty five Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain to them
       in hand paid or Secured to be paid by the said John Brice before
       The Sealing and Delivery of these Presents Have Granted
       Bargained sold allened Enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents
       Do Grant Bargain sell alien Enfeoffe and confirm
       unto the said John Brice his Heirs and Assigns for Ever All
       That one Lott within the City and Port of Annapolis Numbered
       Eighty Five lying on the South West side of Prince Georges
       Street Beginning at a Locust post of Charles Carroll Esq.r his
       Lott standing in the Line of the aforesaid Street and running with
       the said Street South East one Hundred forty Eight and one half
       feet to a Locust post then South West One Hundred and Ninety feet
       to the line of East Street Then with East Street South Eighty Eight
       Degrees West fifty six feet to the corner of M.r Hemleys Lott
       Then North West One Hundred twenty one & one half Feet to ^a^ Locust
       post of the said Carrolls Lott then with a Streight Line to the
       Beginning Containing Thirty one Thousand Eight Hundred
       and Eighty Square feet More or Less To Have and ^to^ Hold the
       aforesaid Lott the aforesaid Lott with all and singular the Houses
       Outhouses Buildings and Improvements whatsoever there unto
       Belonging or Appertaining unto him the said John Brice his Heirs
       and assigns for Ever And the said Elizabeth Gin William Woodward
       and Mary Holmes Do hereby for themselves and Every of
       them their and Every of their Heirs Executors Administrators and
       Assigns Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to and with the said John
       Brice his Heirs and Assigns That they the said Elizabeth Gin
       William Woodward and Mary Holmes Their Heirs Executors
       Administrators and Assigns the said Land and Premisses hereby
       Granted Sold or mentioned to be Granted or Sold and Every Part
       and Parcell thereof with all and singular their and Every of their
