       Which same Recovery was had to the End and Purpose That the said Alexander
       Warfield Junior and Absolute Warfield might be enabled to convey unto the said
       Alexander Warfield Son of John his heirs and assigns for ever an Estate of Inheritance
       in fee simple of in and to the said four hundred and sixty eighty Acres of
       Land with the Appurtenances to the use of him the said Alexander Warfield son
       of John his heirs and Assigns for ever and to no other use Intent or Purpose
       whatsoever Now This Indenture Witnesseth That the said
       Alexander Warfield Junior and Absolute Warfield for and in Consideration
       of the sum of ninety two Pounds Sterling to them in Hand paid by the said
       Alexander Warfield son of John the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
       Have given granted bargained sold made over and confirmed & by these
       Presents Do give grant bargain sell make over and confirm unto
