       Clearly acquitted & Discharged of & from all manner of former
       & other Gifts Grants Bargains Joynters Dowers &.r at my request
       Cost & Charges He the said Thomas Gough allowing the Sum of
       five pounds Sterling towards the same In Witness whereof I

Ex.d On the twenty sixth Day of January in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred
       and forty one before me William Tudman Notary and Tabellion Publick
       dwelling in London duly admitted and sworn and Witnesses personally
       appeared M.r William Black of London Merchant Who declared to have
       made ordained constituted and appointed and by these Presents Do^th^ make ordain
       constitute and appoint M.r Francis Hall of Prince Georges County
       on Patuxent River in Maryland M.r John Worthington of Ann Arundel
       County in Maryland aforesaid and Doctor George Buchanan of Baltimore
       County in Maryland aforesaid and each and every of them jointly and severally
       his true and lawful Attorneys for him the said Constituant in his
       Name and to his Use to ask demand levy sue for and by all lawfull Ways &
       Means recover and receive of and from all and every all and every all and
       Every or any person or persons whatsoever whom it shall or may concern
       inhabiting in Maryland aforesaid all and every or any such Sum and
       Sums of Money Goods Wares Merchandizes Effects Estate and things
       whatsoever as now are or shall or may hereafter be due owing payable
       belonging or in any wise appertaining unto him the said Constituant
       Whether by Bond Note Bill Book Debt Account Consignment Contract
       Agreement Decree Sentence Judgment Execution or for by or upon any
       other Account Way Reason or Means soever nothing in Law or Equity excepted
