30) Executed & acknowledged the same willingly & freely & without being induced thereto by force or threats of or ill usage by her husband or fear 9 1/2 of his Displeasure taken & acknowledged before me sides recorded Jan.ry 20.th 1737 Jn.o Addison X.d This Indenture made the Seventh Day of February in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred & thirty Seven Between Will Hammond of Baltimore County Gentl of the one Part and Benjamin Tasker of Annapolis Esq.r of the other Part Witnesseth that the said William Hammond for & in Consideration of two hundred Pounds Sterl to him paid by the said Benjamin Tasker the receipt whereof the said William Hammond Doth hereby Acknowledge & the said Benjamin Tasker thereof & of Every Part & Parcell thereof Doth Exonerate & Discharge hath Given Granted bargained Sold made over & Confirmed & by these Presents doth give grant Bargain Sell male Over & Confirm unto the said Benjamin Tasker all the Iron Oar Mine or Metall & all Coals Mineral & Fossils of any Kind of Quality in the Land or Dwelling Plantation of him the said William Hammond in Baltimore County Called Health Brothers Inheritance Hammonds Purchase Spring Point & Dearings Increase or any Lands of the said William Hammond Contiguous or Adjoyning thereto Togeth with free Ingress Egress & Regress into the Land & also full Liberty to Dig Remove & Carry away the said Oar Mine Mettall Mineral Coal or Fossils to the most Convenient Place on Patapscoe River (the Right Reserved in any Grant or Patent for the said Lands to y.e Lord Proprietary only Excepted & foreprized) And all that Part of the Tract of Land Called Dearings Increase bounded as follows to witt Begining at a Small Bounded White Oak being (The) |
