       Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland Cap.t Philip
       Jones & acknowledged the within Deed as his Act & Deed & the Land
       & Premisses therein mentioned to be the right & Estate of Alexander
       Lawson his Heirs & Assignes for ever according to the true and
       Meaning of the said Deed & the Act of Assembly in Such Case
       made & Provided                                          Robert Gordon

       Reced Sep.r the 23.d 1741 M.r Alexander Lawson the Sum of three
       Shillings Sterling for his Lordships Use (being the Alienation
       fyne on the within mentioned Seventy four Acres of Land) by
       Virtue of a Commission from Benjamin Tasker Esq.r his said
       Lordships Agent & Receiver General

       Vide Deed to which the Subsequent alienation fyne belongs recorded
       before in folio 205

       Reced of M.r Henry Baker the Sum of Twenty Shillings Sterling
       Money for his Lordships use (being the alienation fyne on the
       within mentioned five hundred Acres of Land) By Virtue
       of a Commission from Benjamin Tasker Esq.r his said Lordships
       Agent & Receiver Generall

Ex.d Know all Men by these Presents that Lyonel Lyde and Edward
       Cooper both of the City of Bristol Esquires for Diverse Good Causes
       & Considerations them thereunto moving Have & Each of them
       Hath Made ordained Constituted and appointed and by these
       presents Do and Each of them Doth Make Ordain constitute
       and appoint Lyde Goodwin of the said City of Bristol Merchant
       their true and Lawfull Attorney for them & in their Names and
       for their Use to ask demand and receive of and from all and every
       person and persons whatsoever residing in the Province of Maryland
       in America and every Sume and Sumes of Money Debt
       and Debts by them due and owing from any Such Person and
