       Maryland fst This Indenture made the sixth day
       of July in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and
       forty ^one^ Between Samuel Ogle Esq.r of the province af.d
       of the One part and Sarah Guyther of the same Province
       Spinster of the Other part Witnesseth that the said
       Samuel Ogle for and in Consideration of the sum of
       five Shillings Currant money of the said Province
       to him in hand paid at or before the Ensealing and
       Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof he the
       said Samuel Ogle Doth hereby Acknowledge & of every
       part & parcel thereof doth Discharge the said Sarah
       Guyther Hath Given Granted Bargained sold aliened
       and Released and by these presents doth Absolutely
       Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien and Release unto the
       said Sarah Guyther and her Assigns for and during
       the Term of the Natural Life of her the said Sarah
       Guyther all those several Tracts of Land hereafter
       Mentioned Viz.t a Tract of Land Called Chilton and the
       Tract of Land Called Browns folly another Tract of
       Land Called the Addition another Tract of Land called
       Friends Choice also another Tract of Land Called
       Shephards Range which said several Tracts of Land
       are Lying and being in Ann Arundell County upon
       Severn River and near the head thereof and which by
       Resurvey made thereof by Amos Garrett Esq.r late of
       the City of Annapolis deced from where heirs the said
       Samuel Ogle purchased the same Lands are said to
       Contain Nine hundred and Twenty four Acres within
       the meets & Bounds following Viz Beginning at a
       Bounded red Oak standing on a hill near the head of
       plumb Creek being a bounded Tree of the aforesaid Tract
       of Land Called Browns folly thence south eighty six
       degrees west three hundred seventy six perches to an
       Old Bounded Oak of Guys Rest lying in the Edge of
       an old field thence south forty six degrees west
       One hundred & forty perches to an Original pine
       Standing on a Knowle by Guys Rest thence South
       fifty two degrees west one hundred forty four perches
