       Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the provincil
       Court Peter Martain and Samuell Trapp the two subscribers
       being Evidences to the within power of Attorney and made
       Oath upon the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God that these
       the within mentioned Henry Collins signe seal and
       Deliver the within power of attorney as his Act and Deed
