       and being in Prince Georges County aforesaid upon a Branch that
       runs into the Estern Branch of Potomack River the said land joining
       to a Tract of Land called Yarrow taken up by a Certain Archibald
       Edmonston and now possessed by a certain James Edmondstone
       together with all and singular the Buildings Improvements
       Coveniances Water ways advantages and Emoluments whatsoever
       to the said Share or part of the Tract of Land above mentioned in any
       wise appertaining and belonging and also the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the s.d
       Premisses and every part thereof and all the Estate Right Title
       Interest Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of Him the
       said George Attwood his Executors or administrators of in and to
       the said Premisses and every Part and Parcell thereof To Have
       and to Hold the said Share or Part of a Tract of Land called
       Friendship and every Part thereof with the said Andrew Scott
       his Heirs and Assigns to the onely proper use and Behoof of the
       said Andrew Scott his Heirs and Assigns forever and the said
       George Attwood for Himself and his Heirs xxxx the aforesaid
       Share or Part of a Tract of Land called Friendship and every
       Part thereof against Himself and his Heirs and against all and
       every other Person and Persons whatsoever Claiming by from or
       under Him or Them to the said Andrew Scott shall and will
       warrant and for ever Defend by these Presents In Witness
       whereof the said George Attwood to these presents hath
       Sett his Hand and seal the Day and year above written
