       Virlinda Browne her heirs and Assignes for Ever and to and for no other
       use as aforesaid In Witness whereof hereunto I have set my hand

            One the back of the aforegoing deed was thus Endorst Vizt

       Be it Remembered that on the day and year within mentioned
       the within Named Samuell Taylor personally appeared before
       me the Subscriber one of the right hon.ble the Lord Propriatory
       Justices of the provincial Court and Acknowledged the within
       written Deed to be his Act and Deed and the within Negro
       Mentioned to be the Sole property of the within Named Virlinda
       Browne his heirs and assignes for ever According to the purpose
       and true Meaning of the said writing In Testimony whereof
       I have hereunto Subscribed my Name the Date aforesaid
                                  Acknowledged this 6.th Day of April 1741

Ex.d Know all men by Thease presents that I John Chasens of Dor
       Chester County have made Ordained and apinted and by these
       presents Do make ordaine Constitute and apint my very Good
       friend John Cole Jun of Baltimore County my true and Lawfull
       Attorney for me an dIn my name and for my use Ask Demand
       Receive and Recover of and from a Certain Benjamin Hull Now
       Liveing on my Plantation on Potapsico all Money Tobacco Goods
       Rents or any other things belonging to me and I Give and by these
       presents Granting unto my said Attorney my hole sole and
       full power to Act and do to sue Arrest and to Imprison and
       likewise to Release at his pleasure and Discharge and against
       for me and in my Name to make Signe Seale and Deliver
       as allso one or more Attorneys under him to asist him and againe
       Att his pleasure to Revouke and furder to Execute performe and
       finish for me and in my Name all and Singular thing
