       and therefrom doth hereby clearly and Absolutely acquit him  
       the said John Van=meter hath granted bargained sold aliened
       Enfeoffed & confirmed and by these Presents doth Grant Bargain &
       sell alien Enfeoffe and confirm unto him the said John VanMeter
       his Heirs & Assignes for Ever All that Tract or Parcell of Land called
       Salisby Plains Containing One hundred & Seventy Acres Also
       one other Tract or Parcell of Land called Addition to Salisbury
       Plains containing Eighty Acres both lying in Prince Georges
       County & every Part & Parcell thereof with the Appurtenances
       & all his Estate Right Title & Interest of in & to the said two Several
       Tracts or Parcells of Land or any Part thereof To have & to hold
       the same & every Part & Parcell thereof unto him the said John
       Van=Meeter his Heirs and Assignes to & for the only proper Use &
       behoofe of him the said John Van=Meeter his Heirs & Assignes for
       Ever Provided always and it is the true Intent and Meaning of
       these Presents that if the said George Parker his Heirs or Assignes
       do & shall well & truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said John Van=  
       Meeter his Executors Administrators or Assignes the af.d Sum of
       Sixty five Pounds with Lawfull Interest from the Date hereof at
       or upon the Twenty Ninth Day of August which shall be in the
       Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred & forty one that then
       & in Such Case these Presents & every thing herein contained shall
       cease determine and be Utterly void any herein contained to the
       Contrary Notwithstanding And the said George Parker for himself
       his Heirs and Assignes doth Covenant & Grant to & with the said
       John ^Van^ Meeter his Executors Administrators & Assignes that he the
       said George Parker his Heirs or Assignes shall & will well & truly pay
       or Cause to be paid to the said John Van=Meeter his Executors Adm.rs
       or Assignes the Sum of Sixty five Pounds Curr with Lawfull Interest
       on the said Twenty Ninth day of August according to the true
       Intent & Meaning of these Presents And Lastly the said George
       Parker doth for himself his Heirs Covenant Promise Grant &
       Agree to & with the said John Van Meeter his Executors Adm.rs
