(65) and assignes for ever In Witness whereof the Said William Stavely to these Presents his Hand and Seal have set the Day and year first above Written Sealed and Delivered William Stavely Seale in the presence of us John Gibson Briget Bewley Thomas Alsop On the Back of the aforegoing indenture was thus endorst vizt The Day and year first within mencond Received of the within Mencond Benjamin Tasker the sume of three Hundred pounds Sterling being the full Consideration Money within Expressed I say Received Witnesses P me William Stavely Sam.l Stringer Novemb 22.d 1731 Then Came before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within named William Stavely and acknowledged the within Mannor Land and Premisses to be the right of the within named Benjamin Tasker his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the purport of the within Deed and according to the Act of Assembly in that Case made and provide 7 1/2 sides William Lock (Recorded this 4.th day of May 1732) x.d This Indenture made the eleventh day of Aprill in the year of Our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and thirty two Between George Buchannan of Baltemore County Chyrgeon and Elinor his Wife of the one part and Charles Carroll of the City of Annapolis Chyrgeon of the other part Witnesseth that the said George Buchannan & Elinor his Wife for and in Considerations of Forty pounds Current Money by the said Charles to the said George in hand paid before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof the said George Doth hereby acknowledge and him the said Charles thereof & of every part & parcell thereof Doth Exonerate Release and Discharge Have Bargained (And) |
