       Aforesaid And that they the Said Thomas Knighton & Keyser Knighton
       for themselves & their Heirs and all other Persons Whatsoever
       to the Said Richard Snowden Edmund Jenings Jonathan Forward
       John Galloway John Prichard & Joseph Cowman they & Every of
       their Heirs the Same above Bargained Premisses with the
       Appurtenances Shall & will Warrant & forever Defend by
       these presents And the said Thomas Knighton & Keyser Knighton
       Do hereby for themselves an Every of them their and Every of their
       Heirs Executors Administrators & Assigns Promise Covenant Grant
       and Agree to & with the Said Richard Snowden Edmund Jenings
       Jonathan Forward John Galloway John Prichard & Joseph Cowman
       their & every of their Heirs & Assigns that they the said Thomas
       Knighton & Keyser Knighton & Each of them their & every of their
       Heirs & Assigns Shall & will at the Request & Costs & Charges of

       Cowman their Heirs and Assigns According to there Severall
