       Thomas Davis the Sum of Forty five pounds Sterling being the         £ 45
       Consideration money within Mentioned
       19.th Day of February 1736
                               Then Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court the Above Named James Holliday one
       of the Witnesses to the within Indenture of Bargaine & Sail who being
       Sworne on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God Deposeth & Saith that
       he Saw the within Named Eliz.a Gin Will.m Woodward & Mary Holmes
       Partys to the af.d within Indenture of Bargain & Sale Signe Seal and
       Deliver the Same as their & Every of their Act & Deed for the Uses therein
       Mentioned on the Day of the Date thereof

       Justices of his Provincial Court the within Named John Galloway Edmond
       Jenings And by Virtue of the Power & Authority to them & Each of them
       Given by the within Presents they & Each of them for & in the Name
       & Names of the within mentioned Eliz.a Gin William Woodward & Mary
       Holmes Partys to the within Presents And of Every of them Did Acknowledge
       the within Presents & the within mentioned Indenture of Bargain
       & Sale to be the Act & Acts Deeds & Deed of the Said Elizabeth Gin
       William Woodward & Mary Holmes & of Every of them & the Lands &
       Premisses within Mentioned to be the Estate Right & Title of the said
       Thomas Davis his heirs & Assignes According to the Act of Assembly
       In Such Cases made & Provided

       Reced of M.r Thomas Davis the Sum of twelve Shillings & Eight
       pence Sterling for his Lordships use being the alienation fyne on the
       within mentioned three hundred & fifteen Acres of Land By Virtue of
