507) Agree to and with the said Charles Carroll his heirs and assigns that her & they shall & may Quietly & Peaceably have hold possess & enjoy all & singular the premisses without any Let Disturbance or hinderance of or from the said John Bradford and Ann his Wife or Either of them or their or Either of their Heirs or any other Person Clayming from by or Under them or Either of them And that the premisses shall from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter be by the said John and his Heirs well & sufficiently Warranted & Defended to him the said Charles Carroll his heirs & assigns from & against them the said John Bradford & Ann his Wife and their heirs and all persons Clayming from by or Under them or Either of them In Witness whereof the said Bradford and Ann his Wife have to these presents set their hands seals the Day & Year first Above Written Sealed & Delivered and by M.rs Ann Bradford Jn.o Bradford Seal in the presence of in the presence of Nicholas Aberdeen Dan Crawfurt Ann Bradford Seal James Powell Tho.s Clagett On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus Indorst Viz.t Memorandum That on the Day of Comes John Bradford & Ann his wife & acknowledged the within Deed and Lands & premisses therein Granted to be the Right & Estate of Doct.r Charles Carroll of the City of Annapolis his heirs & assigns for ever and the said Ann being privately Examined apart from her said Husband Declared she Did the same freely Voluntarily & of her own accord without any threats of or Compulsions of her said Husband or fear of his Displeasure P.r Geo C.ty March 31.th 1737 Then M.rs Ann Bradford Acknowledged the within Deed As above specifyed before Us two of his Lordships Justices of the said County Dan Crawfurt 5 1/2 Sides Tho.s Clagett Recorded May Seventh 1737 |
