          Westminster Esq.r And to all Others to whom these
          presents shall Come and Any Ways Concern Greeting
          Know all Men that we in Consideration of Our Regard
          and Affection which we bear to you Samuel Ogle
          Esq.r and Reposeing speciall Trust and Confidence in
          your Loyalty Prudence Conduct ^and^ Fidelity Have Nominated
          Constituted and Appointed and with the Aprobation of
          His most Sacred Majestic King George the Second
          Doe Wee by these Presents nominate Constitute & appoint
          you other said Trusty and well Beloved Samuel Ogle Esq.r
          Lieutenant Generall and Chief Governour of our Said
          Provinces of Maryland and Avalon in America And
          alsoe Commander in Chief both by Sea and Land of all
          the Forces Raised or to be Raised within the Limitts
          of our Said Provinces or the Islands Territories and
          Dominions thereunto belonging And over all such
          Forces to appoint proper officers and them to amove
          and Displace att your Will and Pleasure And Further
          we do by these presents impower and authorize
          your Our Said Trusty and Welbeloved Samuel Ogle
          To Call and Summon any Generall Assembly or
          Assembly.s And them to Prorogue or Dissolve at
          your Own Will and Pleasure And Likewise
