402) 10.th December 1735 Then Came before us the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland John Ross who Pursuant to the within or above Letter of Attorney made by the within Named Daniel Crowley to the Said John Ross John Gibson & Michael Macnemara Gentl or to all or ^to^ any one of them and Acknowledged for and in the name of the Said Daniel Crowley the within Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein Mentioned to be the Right of the within Named Benjamin Tasker his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the true intent and Meaning of the within Deed and the act of Assembly in that case made and Provided and the Power in the Said Letter of Attorney to the said John Ross Give Taken and Acknowledged the Day and year above Written before me Recorded 11.th December 1735 B Young seal sid 11 x.d This Indenture made the Nineteenth Day of December in the year of our Lord God one thousand Seven hundred and thirty five Between Edward Stevenson of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland Planter of the one part & Robert Boone of Ann Arundele County Planter of the other Part Witnesseth that the Said Edward Stevenson for & in Consideration of the Sum of three pounds Current Money to him in hand paid by the said Robert Boone at and Before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof he the Said Edward Stevenson doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and therefrom doth Clearly acquit exonerate and Discharge the said Robert Boone his heirs Executors and Adm.rs for ever hath given Granted bargained Sold aliened Enfeoffed & Confirmed and by these Presents Doth give grant bargain sell alien enfeoffe & confirm unto the Said Robert Boone his heirs & assigns for ever a parcele of Land Lying in Baltimore County Lying on the West side of Joneses falls called by the Name of Edward & Wills Valleys & hills and part of the enlargement it being part of both the before valued parceles of Land Beginning at a bounder Ash of Charles Merrymans Horse pasture Standing on the east Side of Joneses falls & by the falls Side under a Steep hill & reaching over the falls Northwest Sixty perches to a bounded Given on the Side of a Hill then South west by west fourty eight perches to a Bounded white (oake) |
