       Ways Reason or means soever nothing in Law or Equity Excepted or
       Reserved Upon Recoveries & receipts to give one or mor Acquittances
       or Other Sufficient Discharges in Due form of Law But in Case of
       refusal or Delay by any Person or Persons Concerned to make and
       render just & true Account Payment & Satisfaction in the Premisses him
       her or them thereunto to Compell by all Lawfull Ways & means Whatsoever
       Also to appear before all or any Lords Judges & Justices in any
       Court or Courts there to Answer Defend & Reply in all matters and
       Causes touching or Concerning the Premisses to Do Say Pursue Implead
       Seize Sequester Arrest Attach Distrain Imprison & to Condemn out
       of Prison again to Deliver Also to Compound Conclude & agree by
       Arbitration or Otherwise as his Said Att.ry Shall think fitt And
       Generally in & Concerning the Premisses to do Perform & Execute
       all & whatsoever shall be requisite & Necessary as fully amply
       & effectually to all Intents Constructions & purposes as he the said
       Constituant might or Could do if Personally Present And that
       altho the Cause Should require more Ample or Especial Power
       than is herein before Particularly Exprest he the said Constituant
       Doth hereby Authorize & Impower his said Att.ry to Substitute
       one or more Att.ry under him with Like or Limited Power &     
       the Same again to Revoke hereby Promising to Ratify Confirm &
       hold for Good & Valid all & whatsoever his said Att.ry or his
       Substitutes Shall Lawfully Doe or Cause to be Done in or about
       the Premisses by Virtue of these Presents
